1Do you provide free graphic design?
Our graphic designers are great and although we tried, they won't accept hugs as payment. We do charge very fair and competitive graphic design rates for exceptional work.
2Can you ship my order?
Yes we can ship all of our products. Ask your printing representative to see if your order qualifies for free shipping. Of course we can ship anywhere but the free shipping offer applies to specific regions. Simply supply us with your postal/zip code and we'll let you know.
3What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/Diners Club etc. as well as check and cash payments.
4I found a cheaper price, will you match it?
When you find another printing company that offers the same products for a lower price, give us a call. A friendly customer service agent will take your job specs and competing information. We'll need an official invoice/estimate from the company and the specs must match.
5What are your file requirements?
All file formats must have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF. All colour artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) colour mode unless being digitally printed such as vinyl banners.
